Nourish, nurture and vitalise. Ask yourself a simple question: ‘Why do you eat’?
Do you know what you’re really eating?
Food contributes to your health and quality of your life, now and in the future. It affects how you feel and function physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
What you eat either contributes to good health or to stress and disease. Real food nourishes, satisfies and tastes delicious, an essential ingredient for vibrant health and feeling great! There’s a lot of confusion around food, latest fads and diets, not to mention what’s actually in the food you eat. I see people think that they’re making healthy choices horrified to discover what’s in the food they’re eating.
You may want to change what you eat but don’t know how?
I will guide you from my experience in nutrition, cooking and herbal medicine to choose foods that nourish, taste delicious and promote great health and vitality in a way that is practical and accessible.
I have been consciously choosing natural whole foods since I was 15 years (longer really as it’s the food I grew up on) when I’d walk home from school via the health store, spend hours looking at books on food and nutrition, fascinated by the body-mind and health.
Keep it simple with natural whole foods that nourish your state of health. Choosing foods that ‘look after You’ is an investment in your energy and health – so you feel great!
SoulFood blogs will give you recipes, inspiration and nutritional awareness to choose foods that nourish your body, mind and soul health and create a vibrant and healthy living lifestyle.
Here’s to you feeling vibrant, alive and energised!
