Booking & Enrolment
Retreat Disclaimer: Lucy Andrews and any assisting teachers will give all possible care for your wellbeing and for the guidance given throughout the Retreat. It is your responsibility to approach your practice according to your level of experience and that you take responsibility for any pre-existing injuries or health conditions.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your place, subject to availability. The balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event (to be received by Sunday 9th February 2020). You will be sent a reminder 7 weeks before.
You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment is accepted by PayPal, credit card or direct bank transfer.
If you are paying by bank transfer, payment is made electronically to Lucy Andrews, BSB: 732 095, AC: 576603. Please use your full name as your transfer reference.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made up to two weeks before the commencement date of the retreat, 50% of payment (excluding deposit) will be refunded. Thereafter refunds of up to a maximum of 25% of payment and excluding the deposit, will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Lucy Andrews. Cancellation of your booking, for whatever reason, must be notified in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
SoulFoodYoga and Lucy Andrews holds no responsibility for any financial loss, damage or injury to you or your personal property, flight changes that affect your attendance on this retreat. Travel Insurance is recommended and your responsibility to arrange. If you are trekking at altitude it is advised that you have travel insurance that includes helicopter rescue.
