There’s a lot of confusion around food, latest fads and diets, not to mention what’s actually in the food you eat. I see people think that they’re making healthy choices horrified to discover what’s in the food they’re eating.

I have been consciously choosing natural whole foods since I was 15 years (longer really as it’s the food I grew up on) when I’d walk home from school via the health store, spend hours looking at books on food and nutrition, fascinated by the body-mind and health.
