What you eat either contributes to good health or to stress and disease. Real food nourishes, satisfies and tastes delicious, an essential ingredient for vibrant health and feeling great! There’s a lot of confusion around food, latest fads and diets, not to mention what’s actually in the food you eat. I see people think that they’re making healthy choices horrified to discover what’s in the food they’re eating.

I will guide you from my experience in nutrition, cooking and herbal medicine to choose foods that nourish, taste delicious and promote great health and vitality in a way that is practical and accessible.

I have been consciously choosing natural whole foods since I was 15 years (longer really as it’s the food I grew up on) when I’d walk home from school via the health store, spend hours looking at books on food and nutrition, fascinated by the body-mind and health.

Keep it simple with natural whole foods that nourish your state of health.  Choosing foods that ‘look after You’ is an investment in your energy and health – so you feel great!
